The Wisconsin Coalition for Advocacy is the designated protection and advocacy agency for persons with disabilities in Wisconsin.  WCA provides direct advocacy assistance for individuals on a variety of legal issues related to their disability as well as engaging in systems reform activities, training and consultation.

Wisconsin Council on Mental Health
The Wisconsin Council on Mental Health, a legislatively mandated mental health planning council, serves to evaluate and review the mental health system's progress towards achieving improved client outcomes and the adequacy of mental health services in the state.  The 15 member board, appointed by the Governor, consists of at least 50% consumers or family members. Other members represent state agencies, mental health providers, and other organizations or groups.
