A quick and easy way to get answers to questions about health and nutrition programs. This self-screening tool, in both English and Spanish, will take you through a series of questions to determine eligibility for benefits programs such as FoodShare, Medicaid, BadgerCare, WIC, among others. It takes about 15 minutes. When done, you will have an estimate of the benefits you may be eligible for, as well as contact information to help you get the application process started.
