Bridging Hearts and Minds
Bridging Hearts and Minds is an eight-week skills building workshop that uses mindfulness and yoga to enhance overall mental health and well-being. The objective of this program is to help those with anxiety/depression reduce stress and develop healthy coping skills. Examples of skills participants learn include body scanning, sitting meditation, yoga techniques, walking meditation, breathing exercises and loving kindness.
The next course will be offered in Spring 2017. Currently, there is a wait list. To be added to the wait list, you can fill out and submit an H&M interest form.
