Meeting for Region 4 Medicaid SSI HMO Enrollment Changes
In regards to the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) managed care expansion, the Department of Health Services (DHS) will host two meetings for members of Region 4 (South Central) about the HMO enrollment changes for Medicaid SSI members. The meetings are an opportunity for members to learn more about the change and meet with area SSI HMO representatives to help members make an informed HMO choice. - Grant
- Green
- Iowa
- Jefferson
- Lafayette
- Rock
- Sauk
- Walworth
