Parent Peer Support

NAMI Dane County offers Parent Peer Support services at no cost to participants. Parent Peer Support is a form of support where parents who have experience navigating systems and accessing resources for their children with specific challenges, such as mental health or substance use issues, offer guidance and support to other parents facing similar situations. It's based on the idea that shared lived experience can be a powerful tool for helping families feel less alone, gain hope, and learn from each other's experiences.

To set up an appointment with our Parent Peer Support Specialist, please call (608) 249-7188 or email Oleka at oleka@namidanecounty.org.
